Frequently Asked Questions

Is the furniture in-stock or must it be ordered?

Most of our furniture is available for immediate pick-up or arranged delivery. There may be one or two pieces on the floor that are special order only.

Can I customize my patio furniture

Yes! Our manufacturers offer a variety of styles, frame colors and fabric options so that you can truly make your outdoor space your own!

Is delivery available?

We recommend a Baton Rouge based delivery service to our customers who are unable to arrange pick-up. They are very professional and our customers have been pleased with their service.

How long will it take for a special order to arrive?

Special orders typically take 4-6 weeks from time of order placement to shipping. This can vary during the busiest times of the year.

Can I order online?

We find that it is best to visit the store so that you can see the actual fabrics and frame colors in person prior to ordering. Our showroom also gives you an opportunity to see the quality of the furniture. We hear many stories from customers who ordered something online and it was not anything like they thought they were getting, so we want to ensure that you will be happy and get exactly what you want.

What are your special order policies?

Our manufacturers custom build 90% of our furniture offerings to our specifications. As such, all special order purchase are non-refundable. We do require a minimum of 50% deposit at the time of order and the balance is due when the furniture arrives.
