Refund policy

Purchases made online from Louisiana Casual Living must be picked up at our store located at 333 St. Christopher Ave, Gonzales, LA 70737.  Our hours are M - F 10-5 & Sat. 10-4. We will contact you via phone or email as soon as your purchase is ready.  

You have 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of purchase to return your regular and sale priced items except for patio furniture and umbrellas.  All patio furniture, umbrella bases and umbrellas are final sale items.  All other items discounted greater than 40% from the original price or designated as clearance are not eligible for a refund.  

If eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please bring the item back to the store in order to be refunded.  
If your return is accepted, we’ll issue a refund based on the payment type as follows:

  • Cash Payment - refund will be issued by check
  • Check Payment - refund will be issued by check once the original check payment has cleared. This typically takes 10-14 days after check is deposited by Louisiana Casual Living
  • Credit or Debit Card - We do not charge a fee for credit card purchases; however, we do charge a restocking fee of 8% of the total purchase for returns paid by credit or debit card.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), swimming pool or spa products, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance, sale items discounted greater than 40%, designated "As Is" or gift cards as well as patio furniture, patio umbrellas and bases or special order of non-stocked items.


Exchanges
We will happily exchange any item that is eligible for return. See exceptions/non-returnable item section above.

Refunds
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
