We are the preferred destination for premium outdoor living and kitchenware for our neighbors in Prairieville, St. Amant, Sorrento, French Settlement, and across the river in Donaldsonville and throughout the Greater Baton Rouge area. We are conveniently located in Heritage Crossing at Hwy 30 & 44.
Is Louisiana Casual Living worth the drive from New Orleans or Denham Springs?
Absolutely! Many of our customers travel from New Orleans, Metairie, Denham Springs, and Walker specifically for our curated selection of high-end Outdoor Umbrellas and designer patio furniture. Because we are a physical showroom, you can test the comfort and quality in person—something you simply can't do with online-only retailers. Plus, with our Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store option, you can ensure your items are reserved and ready before you head out
How does 'Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store' work?
Simply browse our collections and complete your purchase online. Our team will pull your items and have them ready for a quick stop at our showroom. You’ll receive a notification usually within 3-4 hours letting you know your order is waiting for you.
Where can I pick up my order?
You can pick up your order at our showroom location in Gonzales. We'll provide detailed pickup instructions and our address in your order confirmation email. Our team will have your items carefully prepared and ready for you.
How quickly can I pick up my order?
Most orders are ready for pickup on regular business days within 3-4 hours. You'll receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready. We'll work with your schedule to find a convenient pickup time. Please check your confirmation email for any closure information.
What are your pickup hours?
Our pickup hours are Monday - Friday 10AM to 5 PM, Saturday 10AM - 4 PM. If you need to arrange a pickup outside these hours, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you. We are closed major holidays such as New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day.
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Yes! Just let us know the name of the person who will be picking up your order, and make sure they bring a copy of the order confirmation email or order number.
What if I can't pick up my order right away?
We'll hold your order for [specify timeframe, e.g., 14 days]. If you need more time, just reach out to us and we'll make arrangements.
