Shipping policy

Items displayed in our showroom are available for in-store pickup only at our Gonzales location with no shipping or handling fees ($0). Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and ready for collection 2 to 4 hours after the order is placed, provided it is within our normal business hours (Monday–Friday 10am–5pm and Saturday 10am–4pm). Please note that we are closed on Sundays and major holidays; orders placed during these times will be available the following business day. For special order items not currently in stock, the estimated delivery time to our facility is 4 to 6 weeks. We do not offer direct-to-consumer shipping; all fulfillment is handled via local pickup.
