Do you have umbrellas in-stock or must they be ordered?

We have a variety of colors and styles in-stock and ready to shade your patio!

Can I customize my umbrella?

Yes! Our manufacturers offer a variety of styles, frame colors and fabric options so that you can truly make your outdoor space your own!

Is delivery available?

Our market style umbrellas can be easily transported home in most vehicles. Cantilever umbrellas can be transported in most trucks and some larger SUVs. We can recommend a delivery service out of Baton Rouge if you do not have the ability to pick-up.

How long will it take for a special order to arrive?

Special orders typically take 4-6 weeks from time of order placement to shipping. This can vary during the busiest times of the year. Both Treasure Garden and Frankford offer quick ship programs that can ship as quickly as 1 week.

Can I order online?

We find that it is best to visit the store so that you can see the actual fabrics and frame colors in person prior to ordering. Our showroom also gives you an opportunity to see the quality of the furniture. We hear many stories from customers who ordered something online and it was not anything like they thought they were getting, so we want to ensure that you will be happy and get exactly what you want.

What are your special order policies?

Our manufacturers custom build 90% of our furniture offerings to our specifications. As such, all special order purchase are non-refundable. We do require a minimum of 50% deposit at the time of order and the balance is due when the furniture arrives.
